Terms of Use

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by all of the Terms and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that we may publish via the Services from time to time (collectively, the “Agreement”). You also agree that we may automatically change, update, or add on to our Services, and this Agreement will apply to any changes.

Limitation of liability

Our liability to you, and to third parties, under this agreement and for any claim based on any legal theory, tort, contract, or other theory of liability, is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the thirty days prior to any damage occurring.

Under no circumstances whatsoever will we or our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, licensors, subcontracts and suppliers, be responsible or liable to you or to any other entity even if advised of the possibility of such damages under any legal theory, whether contract, tort or otherwise for any direct, compensatory, indirect, incidental, consequential including without limitation any lost income, data or other tangible or intangible losses, special, exemplary, or punitive damages that result from or relate in any manner whatsoever to your use of the services, or to any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, defects, security breaches, or any other failure to perform made by us.

About Pro Plan Support Policy

This Support Policy describes what support you can expect from us in regards to Scrollsequence Support Service.

What Our Support Service Covers

We only support our Products, sold on Scrollsequence.com. Our Support Service includes assistance with Product installations, configuration, and use. If you need help setting up or configuring your plugin, please first check the documentation and FAQs. Your question might have been answered already. If it hasn’t, please submit a ticket.

Bug Fixing

We will fix any defects in our Products as quickly as possible after they are brought to our attention. We will also try to provide a solution via Support email for smaller defects or errors as a precursor to a more substantial update to the particular Product as part of our scheduled Product updates. If you think you have found a bug, please let us know.

What Our Support Service Does Not Cover

Our Support Service does not cover our Products supplied by Third Parties who are not our Resellers or Third Party products and services. We may require you to disable Third Party products that are installed alongside our Products before we are able to assist you.

We do not give general WordPress support. You can find resources and answers around WordPress in the WordPress.org forums

Customization

We provide our Products as is. While we can help you to configure our products within the capabilities of each plugin, we do not customize our Products or support any Third Party customization of our Products. A customization is anything that changes the way our Products look or function relative to how we make our Products available to you.

Liability for Damage

When dealing with support request, you may choose give us access to your admin area. By doing so you take reponsibility for any possible damage. We take no responsibility whatsoever on any damages, loss of data caused by Scrollsequence support. Backup your work, and remove access after the support ticket is resolved.

Business Plan Support Policy

Part of the Business plan is 5 hours of bespoke service per license, that can be used for development, customization, one to one learning sessions or any other service on top of the support provided in Pro plan.

Refunds Policy

You are fully protected by our 100% No-Risk Double Guarantee. If you don’t like our plugin over the next 30 days, then we’ll happily refund 100% of your money.
